A project is bid based on the specifications provided by the architect.
Howell then involves our estimating staff as well as our suppliers
and subcontractors to produce the best price for the project. |
All
the numbers are based on the plans that are provided. If there are
areas or points of disagreements or changes as the project moves
ahead, due to changes or different interpretations of the plan,
Howell Construction
works
with the owner and architect to resolve them. |
