Howell
Construction is putting the finishing touches on the Venice Train Depot
Historical Restoration. Sarasota County hired Howell Construction
back in October of 2002 to restore the long abandoned and neglected
building. Howell Construction has maintained the budget and brought
the project in on schedule. |

Construction has been awarded the sales contract to purchase the Old
Sarasota Water Works building on 10th Street in downtown Sarasota.
The contract requires that Howell restore the building according to
the Secretary of Interior's Standards of rehabilitation. |

Construction has been awarded another project with Tropicana Products
in Bradenton, Florida. The project entails the interior demolition
and conversation of an existing building into new laboratory facilities.
The $300,000+ contract allows 60 days to complete. |
